Ok, yesterday was a good example of an
epic fail. Let's see if I can remember all that I ate.
- Bagel with margarine and marmalade
- Cupcake
- Cadbury family sized dark chocolate bar
- 6 inch chicken teryaki sub with lettuce, cucumber, green pepper and onions
- Glass of milk
- Glass of chocolate milk
- 3 cookies
- Mars bar
- Kraft dinner and a small salad
- Bowl of ice cream and chocolate sauce
- Some more dark chocolate
I guess it could have been worse. I didn't have any pop, or visit DQ. Today should be a bit easier - all out of cookies and cupcakes, and minimal chocolate in the house. Ideally, I'd like to get it to the breakfast, lunch, and dinner without all the snacking and desserts.
Anyway, not going to bother weighing myself this morning.
